You’ll know every ingredient in this SuperSEED Bar Mix. Hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds and sesame seeds. Easy to make. Vegan friendly. This hemp protein bar mix comes together in minutes and its packed with omegas and complete protein.

Add 1/2 cup of sweetener syrup of choice. Natural maple syrup is our favorite. Coconut nectar, brown rice syrup, sweet sorghum syrup, agave or honey are tasty choices.

For sugar free or lower sugar option, substitute or reduce the sweetener with coconut oil.

Add a small amount (aprox 1/4 cup) dried fruit for a twist.

Place contents in bowl, mix well with syrup, firmly press into 8 x 8 baking dish pan and place in the refrigerator for several hours until it sets. Cut into 2 x 4 pieces for 8 servings, or your desired size.
