This is a great alternative to gums and xanatham, which is typically used and can cause digestive issues.
Is hemp flour the same as hemp protein?
Both the protein powder and and flour are pressed milled seeds. Most of the oil has been extracted, leaving a byproduct called “the cake”. Then, there is a sifting process that occurs. The cake is sifted more when producing the hemp protein powder, resulting in less fiber and more protein content.
