Have you seen the ingredients in other protein bars? I’m not sure what some of those ingredients are, you’d need to be chemist – I’ve always told my kids, if you don’t know what it is, you may not want to eat it! Further… so much sugar, you might as well eat a Snicker’s.
This hemp seed no-bake protein bar mix is the best! Simple ingredients, easy to make. Delicious and kids LOVE ‘m! All you do is add 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup peanut butter to this hemp protein bar mix (flexible for your choice of other nut and seed butters).
Place contents of this package in a mixing bowl. Add honey and nut butter. Stir evenly. Firmly pat into an 8 x 8 baking dish. refrigerate until firm.
Or roll into balls for a fun, easy to serve, healthy high protein snack
Soft & Chewy Protein Bar Mix is a favorite with kids! Who doesn’t like peanut butter and honey!? This mix is flexible. If peanuts are a dietary issue, use another seed or nut butters. You can also cut back on the honey and use coconut oil for lower sugar intake. We like to point out this blend contain milk – need a dairy free option, try our SuperSEED.
