You’ll know every ingredient in this no-bake protein bar mix. Hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds and sesame seeds. Easy to make. Comes together in 5-minutes. Add 1/2 cup of sweetener syrup of choice. You’re in control; natural maple syrup, coconut nectar, brown rice syrup, sweet sorghum syrup, and agave for vegan friendly options.

 

You also have the option of reducing or substituting the sweetener by using coconut oil.

Honey is another option.  Adding a small amount (aprox 1/4 cup) dried fruit to this blend will change it up too.

 

Place contents in bowl, mix well with syrup, firmly press into 8 x 8 baking dish pan and place in the refrigerator for several hours until it sets. Cut into 2 x 4 pieces, or your desired size.

Not into making protein bars? SuperSeed’s dry mix is a great addition to oatmeal, smoothies, salads, and yogurt. Adding 3 to 5 tablespoons will bring you 8 to 12 grams of protein and other good stuff like omegas and iron.
